集團工程副總裁，擁有23年的模擬集成電路的設計經(jīng)驗。在加入芯原之前，他曾任上海貝嶺股份有限公司副總裁，帶領90多人團隊設計和開發(fā)模擬和數(shù)?；旌霞呻娐沸酒?，應用于通訊，消費電子，工業(yè)電子儀器。在此之前，他曾在美國的Motorola, National Semiconductor和Maxim工作了16年，擔任多項模擬芯片的設計和管理職務。
湯浩先生于1984年畢業(yè)于中國復旦大學，獲電子工程學士學位。于1989年畢業(yè)于美國猶他大學(Utah)，獲電子工程碩士學位。

Video codec algorithm engineer
Responsibility:
At VeriSilicon, in our Video SW group, we develop Video Codecs from algorithm research, C-Model design and implementation, video control software for next-generation video codec standard. We cooperate deeply with HW team on Video HW IP develop from design to optimization. In the same time, we maintain existing video codec software on different platforms for customer. Being one of us, you will join the challenging and exciting process, being part of next generation video IP (HEVC/VP9) developing.
Requirements：
1. MS, PHD , in EE , CS or related IT technology fields.
2. Understanding of video standard, such as MPEG-4, H.264, HEVC is plus.
3. Experience in C/C++ design, especially on embedded software field .
4. Knowledge on hardware design flow is better.
5. Good Mandarin and English communication skills .
6. Good team work and passion in high pressure .
Audio codec algorithm engineer
Responsibilities:
Verisilicon’s audio/voice software group implements, optimizes and maintians codecs of various audio compression algorithms. We design best codecs which are highly optimized for ZSP, a DSP core owned by Verisilicon which is widely used in mobile and hand-set system. Besides, we integrate audio codecs into Android and build efficient native library for Android. If you want to do the challenging and interesting job, jion us.
The must-have Qualifications:
1. MS or PHD degrees in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics,Physics or ME;
2. Good understanding of digital signal processing is a must.
3. Basic understanding of audio compression, such as mp3/aac, is a plus.
4. Programming skill in C/C++ is a must.
5. Good written English;
6. Self-motivated; good team-work spirit.
