Job Description
TMN stands for: Telecommunication Management Network
1. Involve in the software architecture design of TMN system
2. Participate in the high level and detail design of TMN system
3. Software implementation and unit test of TMN system
4. Participate in TMN system integration
Requirements
1. Strong knowledge of C++ or Java, development experience on UNIX or Windows
2. Preferred experience in software tools: UML/ROSE, ClearCase etc.
3. Preferred experience on software development process
4. Good communication skill
5.Good team work spirit

成都研發(fā)中心落成于成都高科技園區(qū)，目前已經擁有超過300個研發(fā)工程師，研發(fā)領域覆蓋全系列端到端的電信產品，包括移動和固定電信產品。該中心與上海的研發(fā)中心互動，為中國乃至全球的客戶提供先進的技術和產品，進一步加強了我們在中國的研發(fā)實力。開始階段，成都研發(fā)中心重點研發(fā)移動技術，包括移動NGN（Spatial Atrium）、微波技術和光傳輸。
光傳輸網(wǎng)絡管理產品線是成都研發(fā)中心的重要組成部分。該研發(fā)團隊成立于1999年，通過長期和國外研發(fā)中心的精密合作，業(yè)已發(fā)展成為阿爾卡特朗訊光傳輸網(wǎng)絡管理系統(tǒng)在全球的幾個主要研發(fā)中心之一。成都光傳輸網(wǎng)絡管理產品線對關傳輸網(wǎng)絡管理的各方面技術都有廣泛的涉及，包括網(wǎng)元管理層軟件，網(wǎng)絡管理層軟件，系統(tǒng)北向接口以及增殖業(yè)務系統(tǒng)等等。在日常工作中，該產品線應用了先進的軟件管理流程（CMMI), 也大量使用到各種先進的軟件技術，軟件開發(fā)和測試工具。
